"Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think", Albert Einstein. I’ve spent my life asking questions that go well beneath the surface. Having a thirst for knowledge has driven me to extracurricular activities such as STEM programs and competitions. As I explore the next chapter in my academic career - College - the right fit is critical. My major of choice is Biomedical Engineering. I’m interested in an institution that can contribute to my educational foundation. Additional attainments: President of Bridge Builders Club, Member of National Honors Society, Member of National Spanish Society, Recipient of Scholar/Athletic Scholarship for outstanding student at Timothy Christian High School.
